The breakfast had various freshly cooked options. The gym included a good selection of equipment and a spa area. The hotel has shared spaces to enjoy complimentary hot drinks. This was very convenient.

the bar service felt off. i asked for a non-alcoholic drink and the bartender looked confused even though they said they could make anything. the drink i got tasted like sugary juice. also, i had issues with the heating system. it did not work in two different rooms and made the rooms even colder. very annoying

The staff helped me store my luggage before check in and after check out. That was so handy. i also really liked the size of the room, super tidy. the location made for a nice walk into the center. the bar was a big plus. i also have to mention the coffee and tea in the lobby. It was a nice touch.

the air conditioning wasn't very effective, a little difficult to manage. it took some effort to get it working properly! it was just a minor inconvenience.

I found the free drink machine in the lobby a fantastic addition. Sitting in the courtyard with that drink was a pleasure. The hotel provided bicycles for rent, a very convenient amenity. The room service was prompt and friendly, I appreciated this a lot.

My room has hard flooring and it was noisy.
